Cancellation policy
With us, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Since we are a small fashion label and work with a print-on-demand provider, your item will only be made especially for you after you have placed your order. To avoid overproduction and protect the environment, we kindly ask you to order consciously.
You can find the size chart directly on the products to ensure everything fits perfectly. Simply compare the measurements with your favorite item (shirt/hoodie) and you'll be on the safe side.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day:
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received the goods, if you have placed an order for a single delivery;
- or on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received the last goods in an order comprising several separate deliveries.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form at the bottom, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a different delivery method chosen by you), promptly and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. There will be no additional fees.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to unnecessary handling to check the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.
Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Supply of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;
- Supply of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
- Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was fixed at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current market value depends on fluctuations which the entrepreneur has no influence over;
- Delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of:
- Supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- Supply of goods which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- Supply of sound or video recordings or software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
